What Causes Delayed Period And Lower Abdominal Pain After Taking I-pill?

Hi..i had sex with my bf on 10th aftr 4 days from my period got over...on 11th i took ipill..on 20th i got a slight bleeding/spotting for 2-3days..now this minth i am missing my period ...it has to in d 1st week of month but now its 19th and m not getting my period...m getting pain in my lowr abdomen but not having bleeding...m worried ....is aftr i pill still m pregnt..

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Delayed period and lower abdominal pain inyou cse is due to side effect of the I pill.
Slight bleeding on the 20th date is the breakthrough bleeding due to high progesterone in the I pill.
Period can be delayed by the 12-14 days by the I pill.
If your period will not come in next 2-3 days, Go for pregnancy test to confirm the pregnancy.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet with multivitamin and mineral supplements.
Drink plenty of water.
