What Causes Delayed Period And Lower Abdominal Pain?

I missed my period which was due 2 weeks ago.. I generally get delayed periods. We had unprotected sex this time and since yesterday i am having severe pain lower abdomen and back and still not got my dates. There is minimal white discharge. Should i take a pregnancy test?
