What Causes Delayed Period, Dizziness And Abdominal Cramping While HPT Is Negative?

I am 8 days late for my period, and my usual cycle is 28-32 days. However, today is the 38th day and there has been nothing. I have taken 2 pregnancy tests, one on Friday and today. Both have come negative. However, I am experiencing symptoms such as dizzinnes, faintness, and my pelvic region/stomach area is sometimes not in pain, but I feel cramps. I am confused..?

I really appreciate your concern, if you want to rule out the pregnancy then better to get done the sonography test because other tests may give false result and you can not rely upon the clinical symptoms, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
