What Causes Delayed Period, Nausea And Frequent Urination While HPT Is Negative?

I am 69 days a since my last period. I have never missed a period, ever! I have indesgestion, nausea, can t sleep through the night, feel bloated, breasts feel bigger/swelling and urinate more frequently. I took a home pregnancy test two weeks ago and it showed negative. I made a doctor appointment for Monday (4more days). This is started to worry me. As much as I would love to be pregnant with child I just do not want to get bad news in regards to my health. Any advice? Could I be pregnant or sick with cysts?Thank you in advance.

HI,
I understand your concern.
You had regular periods all these days. Pregnancy test was -ve after 24 days of delay in periods ( provided you have 30 days cycle ) A possibility of pregnancy remains in case you had irregular & prolonged menstrual cycles. Pregnancy test becomes +ve after 8 days delay in expected day of menses.
It should have been +ve if there was pregnancy.Still to confirm the findings you can get USG scan of pelvis. This will clear the pregnancy dilemma as well as help in pointing out certain menstrual problems which pose with pregnancy like symptoms .
The other possibilities are PCOD/ thyroid problems/ ovarian problem.Or may be your guess of cystitis stands true.
You need consultation of a gynecologist & investigations to pin point the cause & get specific treatment.
