What Causes Delayed Period, Vaginal Spotting And Soreness In Breasts?

I missed my period by about a couple weeks, and then I had a little bleeding around the 15th day after I missed my period.. I thought I was definitely pregnant, because my breasts are sore, I m bloated, I get nauseous througout the day, and many other things, so I thought for sure I was pregnant. But I took my first pregnancy test at home this morning, and it was negative. What do I do? I m so confused. /:

If you are just worry about the pregnancy then you need to get done the ultrasonography test, it the accurate test, if it is negative then no need to worry about this, if it is positive then you have to decide next, hope this information helps, take care.
