What Causes Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative?

Hi, I was expecting my period on feb 7, since the last period i had was on jan 7, i seem to be late and I took a Pregnancy test but it came out negative. Also, since feb 7 i ve been having white discharges, but there is no odor and it s not itchy as well. Recently, I ve been drinking more alcohol than usual, almost everyday. Please let me know on what should I do?

hi,
if pregnancy test is negative after a month of missed period it should be correct..
there can be a lot of causes for missed period..
simple causes like starvation excess physical work to diseases like PCOS thyroid problems..
so its good if you can visit a gynecologist for clinical evaluation, blood workup and a scan of abdomen if required..
white discharge is most commonly due to fungal infection..
candid vaginal tablets should help you..
practice safe sex..if your partner also has infection he needs to be treated..
