What Causes Delayed Period While HPT Is Negative?
i was on the depo birth control shot for 3 months i missed my appointment for my next shot and that was like 2 weeks i still havent had a period i took apregnancy test but it came back negaitive i still havent had a period what does that mean please help

It means that the hormonal fluctuations caused by the depo shot and then by missing the next one has resulted in a slight irregularity in your menstrual cycle. If pregnancy has been accurately ruled out then I would request you to visit your doctor who can help to first stimulate your period and help it return to normal or close to normal (if you want a period and do not wish to continue with the depo shot).
