What Causes Delayed Period While UPT Is Negative?

i have a 30-35 day circle. My last mentration was 1 nov. I got involved in sexual activity of which there was no penetration on 22 nov. I have not seen my period up to now.I have done pregnancy test in two different labs which has shown negative. What could be the problem?
