What Causes Delayed Period While On Tranostat And Meprate For PCOD?

Hi, I have mild pcod.. My doc prescribed me Loette tablets for one month, as I want second baby soon.. But I missed few tablets in between... Then I got started bleeding.. Then she gave me Tranostat for Two days and Meprate for ten days... Now I am done with the Meprate four days before.. Not getting period,.. My Home Pregnancy test is negative... I don't know if I am pregnant or not.. If yes then is there any harm from these tablets for baby... Don't know.. Plz help
