General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the delayed period, not showing up after course of Meprate indicates possible multi-ovarian syndrome or other hormone imbalance most likely. A baseline ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis is warranted at this stage for primary work up and later on management guidelines can be figured out accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
