What Causes Delayed Periods, Abdominal Pain And Burning?

I am 27yrs old and of average height and weight.I woke up the other day having strong adominal pain to the top and bottom, i am 2weeks late having my period, my last 1 was a week late also. I have a burning sensation and pain to the right of my adominal. which comes and goes it's tingly to and can sometimes be painful
