What Causes Delayed Periods After A Laproscopy ?

I am 29 years old and I have had a laproscopy done to remove multiple fibroids and a distinct polyp in March 2013. The uterus was multi fibroid and 10 week size, anteverted – was the total size of the multiple fibroids 10 weeks pregnant size. The hysteroscopy revealed a uterine cavity with a ‘distinct polyp’ on the posterior wall which was removed. There was some distortion of the endometrial cavity secondry to fibroids. The uterus was then instrumented. A 4 port laproscopy revealed multi fibroid uterus..The 3 fibroids were removed seperatley. Both tubes were patent. The uterus now has a normal size and appearance. It has been 8 months since my laproscopy. We have been trying to conceive but with no luck. My periods range from 29 days to 33days. Is that considered irregular? The pain in my left side of the abdomen is back and have slight pressure in my vagina. I put my hand in there I can feel a lump in my vagina. I have not got a period yet this month. Its my 31st day. Do polyps and fibroids grow back quickly, is that why my period is irregular? I do not have any pregnancy symptoms other than a little fatigued. I am a little worried as my husband and I are going to try to continue conceiving in the coming weeks. Please advise.

you can get a urine pregnancy test done at home and repeat it after 5 days incase you still dont get your periods . 21- 35 days cycle is considered normal. if u still dont get your period kindlt check with your gynac .. and yes fibriods do cause irregular cycles
