What Causes Delayed Periods After Removing Nexplanon?

Hi, my period is 2 weeks late. I was on nexplanon and got it removed on may 20th. By the third yr towards the 3 months before getting it removed I was getting my period regularly (feb, march, and the last one April 20th) i am very regular. What can be delaying my period?

Hi I think it can be due to some hormonal imbalances. Sometimes ovulation is suppressed for few months even after removing nexplanon. Thats why periods get delayed. So, do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, you can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. Hope it helps.
