What Causes Delayed Periods After Stopping Contraceptive Pills?

Hi. I m ten days late on my period but my test was negative. I stopped taking the ocp over 6 months ago though we are not trying exactly. I felt better off the pill and we would e happy if it happened but don t want to stress about making it happen. It this normal for my cycle to be late this long after stopping the ocp?

Hello

Yes it is indeed normal for you to be late especially after getting if the pill. It may take you some time to regularize your menstrual cycle so do not stress about it.

Best wishes
