What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Desogestrel Pills?

My daughter went on the desogestrel pill on the 09/05/2017 she took the pill missed two days had a bleed for two days then carried on with the pill took 20 pills throughout the month now has not had a period since 02/05/2017 hpt say negative had a blood test two weeks ago also negative but is now 79 days late for her period she has put weight on only breasts and stomach any advice would be helpful

Hi I think she can take a combination of oestrogen and progesterone for inducing periods. Talk to your doctor regarding this. Get a thyroid profile and prolactin level and a ultrasound done to see uterus and ovaries to find out the cause of irregular periods. Hope it helps.
