What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Duphaston?

I took Duphaston for 10 days, 2 tablets a day from 5th March till 15 March. It has been 6 days ahead and i have got no period. Usually i get period after 2 or 3 days of the last duphaston tablet. I am having PCOS. My prolaction level also came very high that is 131.5 ng/ml. What causes delay in my period even after taking Duphaston? Could i be pregnant? Bcz my gyni told me to wait and check if i am preg or not. Though i don t have any pregnancy symptoms but just abdominal cramps. Plz answer as soon as possible.

Hi, I think you should do a urine pregnancy test at home to rule out pregnancy first.. Sometimes it can take 10 to 14 days for periods to come after stopping the tablet. Also take some medicines for high prolactin levels like cabergoline.
