What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Nordette?

Hi 21 days is my average cycle and my last period was June17-23. According to my tracker my next period is due June 7. We had unprotected sex 3 days before my expected period. I took nordette as ecp. 4 pills at 10pm and another 4 after 12 hours and 43 mins. I ve been sick days before my period is supposed to come. I am 3 days late now. What could possibly delay my period?
