What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Nordette?

Hi, I took an emergency contraceptive or known as nordette. But whenever I take it, my period is always late. And it happens every month. Right now Im 2 months late. Last month, im almost 2 months late and I took nordette again and after few days, my period came out. I dont wanna take nordette again because I feel like my uterus is being ruined. Right now, whenever im having sex, i feel pain in my uterus (i also have gastritis) and I feel some weird pain in my uterus. I dont think Im pregnant but Im paranoid. I dont really vomit at all.. So yeah Im so confused pls help

Nausea, vomiting, headache, bloating, breast tenderness, swelling of the ankles/feet (fluid retention), or weight change may occur. Vaginal bleeding between periods (spotting) or missed/irregular periods may occur, especially during the first few months of use.
