What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Postinor 2?

I had my period in the 14th of March I had unprotected sex after my period so I took portinor2 on 24 of that same month my period came again with a light flow and after that I was suppose to see my period on the 14th of April but it 19th already I haven t seen anything

Hi,
Thanks for the query. I undrrstand your concetn.
Postinor2 is an emmergency contraceptive. It contains high dose hormones which act by postponing ovulation.. which in turn prevents pregnancy.
The light flow of blood you had was due to withdrawal of the postinor hormones from blood.
Your normal menses would be delayed by8-10 days because of tbe disturbance in menstrual cycle caused by postinor.
