What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Unwanted 72?

Hi doctor ...i had unprotected sex on 15 jan i took unwanted 72 after 1 hour and within 10 days on 25 jan i had withdrawl bleeding i think so ... my periods date was in 27 jan ... but till 28 feb in next month i dont have any periods is it a side effext of tablet

Missed period after one-month of taking unwanted 72 is unlikely due to the effect of the medication. If you do start menstruating in one week, please be advised to take a home pregnancy test.
