What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking Xyzal?

Hi, my previous period was on April 24th, lasts about 5 days and usually get my period again in 32-35 days from my last. Had unprotected sex with my husband May 19-21. I was expecting to get my period but today is the 36th day so I am a little late. Can I be pregnant according to the dates I told you I had unprotected sex? Also, I took a Xyzal allergy pill for the first time on May 27th.. around the time I was expecting my period. Can that delay my period?

Hi I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy first. If negative, you can take some medicines like meprate or deviry for inducing periods. If positive, consult a gynecologist for complete examination. Xyzal will not delay your periods but any type of illness can lead to delayed periods. Hope it helps.
