What Causes Delayed Periods After Taking An I-pill?

Took an ipill on 28 sept (within 5 hours) and 03 oct (within 42 hours) after unprotected sex. Periods were expected on 11th oct (basis 28 day cycle) Last period happened on 13 sept. But no sign of periods til date. Does ipill dosage affect the periods ?

Hi,

I-pill is hormonal emergency contraceptive pills. It causes hormonal imbalance. So menstrual irregularities, breast tenderness, fatigue etc are common symptoms of hormonal imbalance caused by I-pill.
