Hi,

Post birth control pill period loss may be treated with:

1. Optimize your nutrition: zinc, magnesium and vitamin B6 supplementation is useful to bring period back.
2. Entrain your circadian rhythm: in case of altered sleep pattern or lack of sleep due to stress or insomnia.
3. Eat sufficient amount of carbohydrates.
4. Manage your stress; which is useful to get cycle back. Regular exercise and yoga may useful.
5. Boost your detox capacity: Your body stores hormones like estrogen in your fat cells, and these stored hormones can linger for months or years after you stop taking the pill. Your liver is responsible for clearing these hormones through the bile, and if you’re not detoxifying well enough, your liver is ineffective at eliminating these excess hormones.
6. Using probiotics and eating green leafy vegetables may useful.

Still not got cycle you may consult your gynecologist she will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
