What Causes Delayed Periods After Unprotected Intercourse?

Good day Dr, I used postinor 2 twice in a cycle in february, and the second time which was i did i bled for for 3-5days and that was on the 12th of February. Again, I had unprotected sex on the 27th of February, I did not take postinor, ao for the fear of being pregnant, i went to the hospital and took a blood pregnancy test on the 10th of March, that is 11days after. Today is 17th of March and I still have not seen my period. I am worried

* As per my clinical experience, the delayed periods can be possible in only 2 conditions in your case
A. Pregnancy
B. Altered hormone levels induced by postinor intake.

Kindly get an ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis done for final confirmation.
