What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Abdominal Cramps?

i am 47. have regular periods and a 27 to 28 days cycle. my last period was on 11 Nov. I am late by 3 to 4 days for my period this month. also i have abdominal cramps, light nausea, lower back pain, and pink spotting from last 3 days. also yesterday had a little heavy brownish pink watery discharge in the evning. Still have the cramps coming and going but no dischrge. Could i be pregnant? when should i take the test??

Thank you for asking the question.
You did not get your period, 3-4 days already passed.
Along with that you are feeling nausea, cramp in abdomen, brown discharge which may be implantation bleeding.
So my advice is that perform the HPT on 35th day of LMP. If negative repeat after a week. If still doubtful then do a sonography to become sure about pregnancy.
