What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Chills And Fever?

Hello Dr. Am 23 year female weight 65 Trying for baby about year not getting pregnancy, marriage is complete one year two moths ,after marriage my periods are 10 days late to come and concern Dr. All types of tests are normal Then Dr will give a gynovit tab and after that my periods are regular but two months from January my periods are 10 days late and expected period day chilled fever ocuurs .why ? last lmps are 11/12/2015, 22/1/2016,3/3/2016 fever comes when are 14th January , and this 22 February why this is happening ? Am daily travel in bike is it cause my pregnancy? Please give me any suggestions worried about this plz ans me?!!!!!!!!!

You need to treat your fever first then kindly get yourself evaluated for pelvic infection.
