What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Diarrhoea During Nights?

For the past few nights I have been having diarrhea but only at night time. My period is 4 days late. I took a urine pregnancy test today and it was negative. It s just weird that it s only at night. Could it just be stress. I am starting college in a few days. Am I just way too stressed out?

Hello,

I think this diarrhea can't be related to pregnancy. It can be related to stress also. You may add probiotics such enterogerina or yovita to re-establish the intestinal flora.
