Hi,

There are several possible causes for delayed periods along with fatigue and weight gain. These symptoms may indicate an underlying health condition or hormonal imbalance. Some possible causes include:
* Perimenopause: This is the period leading up to menopause when the ovaries start producing less estrogen. This can cause irregular periods, weight gain, and fatigue.
* Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS): PCOS is a hormonal disorder that can cause irregular periods, weight gain, and fatigue. It can also cause ovarian cysts, acne, and excess hair growth.
* Thyroid disorders: Hypothyroidism, or an underactive thyroid, can cause weight gain, fatigue, and irregular periods. Hyperthyroidism, or an overactive thyroid, can cause weight loss, fatigue, and irregular periods.
* Stress: Chronic stress can disrupt the hormonal balance in the body and cause irregular periods, weight gain, and fatigue.
* Medications: Certain medications, such as hormonal contraceptives and antidepressants, can cause irregular periods, weight gain, and fatigue.

Your doctor may recommend blood tests, imaging studies, or a pelvic exam to help determine the underlying cause of your symptoms.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
