What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Intermittent Abdominal Cramps?
Hi, In december i was 2 weeks late and only had my period for a day. Ive always had regular periods and it had been at the beginning of the month until it was late. Then last month i completely missed a period and have not had one this month either. I have taken multiple hpts which have all come back negative. I have been getting major cramps for a couple weeks on and off and i keep thinking its my period but it doesnt come. I also have been getting nauseous frequently and dont want to eat as well as getting bloated. I havent gone to the dr because i dont have a primary obgyn. Could i possibly be pregnant even if the hpts came back negative? Or is there any other health issues that could be causing this situation?

The possible cause may be ectopic pregnancy. Sometimes urine may not show result.You need to do blood hcg or Ultrasound abdomen for that.Rule out all possible causes and for for proper treament.
