What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Menstrual Cramps?

i have been having alot of menstrual cramps or something and i am about a month and four something weeks late for having a period.. i don t know why.. my mother said that it could mean pregnancy but i have not had sex in my life.. do you know what this means?

Read your query as you have delayed periods along with menstrual cramps this can be due to malnutrition , hormonal changes and deficiency of certain vitamins also .
Dont be worried so much this is not related to pregnancy for this I will you to consult Gyaneacologist for examination and investigation like complete heamogram and TSH examination .
