What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Mild Abdominal Pain?

Dear doctor I had my last periods on 27of October and now it s 28th of Dec. .but still I haven t got my periods...have done pregnancy test too but all negative... Some time I get slight pain in my abdomen just like periods but it stay for few min only not long as periods...Having pain in my breastfeeding too from month too. Need to add one thing have got urine infection some what around 18 Nov and stays for a week...and was on med. Related to it. It that the reason of delay in periods. Can you please help me with this..Is there a sign of pregnancy

Hi,

The breast feeding is the cause of hormone imbalance and delayed periods. There is no possibility of pregnancy with this narration. Just use barrier contraceptives for avoidance of pregnancy and consult if any further doubt.
