i have been have mild menstrual cramps (they re not painful at all)since yesterday night & this morning I woke up & I had to dihareah & I still continued to have not very painful cramps but cramps as if I was about to start my period. but I haven t started my period

If you have a delay period you should do a pregnancy test. Pregnancy symptoms may have cramping pain but also relate to your next period coming.
