What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Mood Swings Post Removal Of Nexplanon?

I had my nextplanon removed feb 18th of this year and now my period is a fay late I ve been really moody and crying over nothing took a hcg pregnancy test and it came back negative but I read somewhere that of my hcg is low it will make my test come back negative and that the nextplanon makes ur hcg low so could I still be pregnant

Two reason in your case
1. Pregnancy
2. Hormonal imbalance, as side effects of nexplanon

You should confirm the pregnancy by Blood HCG level or by USG after consult the gynecologist.
Also note the side effects of nexplanon:
Irregular menstruation/Delyed/ Prolonged bleeding due to hormonal imbalce
Migraine
Mood changes
Possible weight gain
Ovarian cysts
Pregnancy
Acne

Wait for some day
If bleeding will not come
Consult the gynecologist:
Do the following tests:
Hormonal profile
Endometrial biopsy
Ovarian follicle study
USG
PAP smear

Do regular exercise
Avoid stress/alcohol/caffeine
Take fruits like papaya, orange and pomegranate
Take proper rest
Keep you busy in think that you like
