What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Fatigue?

My periods are always regular however my period was 3 days late and was only seeing when wiping with no clots, which is not normal for me, for the last 4 weeks I have been feeling nauseous, tired, lost my appetite and occasional itchy breast. I have taken a pregnancy test an it was negative but I m still feeling nauseous tired and no appetite. Could I be pregnant?

Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
If the pregnancy test was done with a valid test kid, a negative test may exclude pregnancy. The test will come positive by the time you miss your period.Apart from pregnancy, other conditions that may cause such changes in your body may include: hormonal/ovarian dysfunction, stress, diet, PID/STI...
However, 3 days late may not be a causes for concern.I will suggest you wait for up to a week, if no period, you see the Doctor for examination.A pelvic ultrasound may be very useful for initial evaluation.
Hope this will help.
Best regards
