What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Light Headedness While On Mononessa?

Hi im 22 and on bc (mononessa 28s) and i have endometriosis. I have had normal periods since the start of my bc. I am feeling nauseous lightheaded dizzy more tired than normal my pants feel super tight i have had numerous headaches lower back pain more hungry than usual my feet and ankles are swollen my areolas are darker my boobs are sensitive and feel heavy my stomach feels tight i have gained 5 lbs strange cravings smell sensitivity bloating i have been peeing alot and i have had cramps . I am 8 days late on my period have stopped my bc and still no bleeding when i was supposed to have my period i wiped pink but no actual bleeding. I finished my bc through my period week. I am currently not taking it. And usually if i miss a dose im bleeding which is not the case. And usually if i have sex on the last day of my period i start bleeding again which wasn t the case. Still no period no bleeding. Went to the dr Friday and did bloodwork. Checked for all stds and pregnancy and it all came back negative. Cant lay on my belly or it hurts and foods i usually love don t sound good anymore. And my bbt is higher than normal. And me and my fiance constantly have sex especially on my ovulation and most fertile days and we both get off. So i am very confused . Everyone thinks i am cause all this is definitely not normal for me. Could i be? And is there anything i should do? I am confused . Please help
