What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea And Tender Breasts?

Hi, I took the generic version of plan b on July 9th and ended up not only getting a false positive pregnancy test but the side affects of pregnancy. Nausea, tender breasts, headaches, cramping and my anxiety and depression increased rapidly. I still haven t gotten my period either. I got an ultrasound done when I thought I was pregnant from being told by my gyno that I was and they found nothing, took more tests that day and they were negative as well. I ve read the morning after pill can have weird affects that lasts months could this be the case for me? I ve also been diagnosed with hypothyroidism for a few years now and thought it could ve been a drug interaction?

I don't think it is due to drug interactions.
Possibility of hormonal imbalance is more likely in your case.
So get done hormone levels.
You may need hormone pills to regulate hormones.
Once your hormones are normalize your symptoms will disappear.
Avoid stress and tension, be relax and calm.
