What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Nausea?

I am a little over a month late of getting my period. Been nausous all week, puked one time in the morning and now my left nipple just became oily. Is this normal?? I took a pregnancy test it came back negative. should i wait a little bit more and take anpther test?

I think you should wait for a week and repeat urine pregnency test.

If the test is negative i suggest you to go for ultrasound& hormonal tests.
consult to gynecologist for examination & treatment.
