Hello,

Take care of your hygiene, take baths regularly and clean your private part with anti-bacterial soap. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist, get per vaginal examination done to detect bulky uterus since you have not had your periods for 3 months.

You're treating gynecologist will tell you to get few blood tests and ultrasonography (uterus and fallopian tubes) done to detect pregnancy or ectopic pregnancy. You will be managed and treated accordingly. If you are not pregnant, your general health, anemia, thyroid, weight, PID / PCOS will be assessed, evaluated so that treatment can be started at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
