What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Severe Abdominal Pain And Nausea?

Hi I ve been having really bad stomach pains and haven t got my period since May and I ve been nauseous and feeling weak. My friend and my cousin told me its symptoms of pregnancy. I haven t got around to take a pregnancy test yet I ve been working late nights. Wondering if you could help.

Ya its early symptoms of pregnancy. but nobody can confirm the pregnancy till the test is not done and even sonography is not done. so please take out some time for you also.
