What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Smelly Vaginal Discharge And Swollen Breasts?

I started my previous period on the 24th of February. Within a few days of ending, I started having period pains again (light), and for 2 days a smelly discharge (which went away). 2 Days ago my breasts started hurting, and today they are swollen up and hurting. I went for a bloodtest to check if I am pregnant, but it came back negative today. Can it be too early to tell? Or is there something wrong with me?
