What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Sore Breasts And Abdominal Cramps?

Hello My partner and i have had unsafe sex the past month as were have just started trying. My period last month came on the 15th and the month before the 14th its now the 18th pf this month and my period hasnt come. My boobs started the get a bit tender last thursday and are still tender now nipple dont hurt though and no other signs the im pregnant. A few weeks ago i was gettong cramps in my low abdomen and it felt like my period was going to come early. Now im waiting and waiting and nothing happening ive taking 2 tests both negative what do you think could be the problem ?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
There are some symptoms which are indicative of pregnancy. Since you have delay in periods and trying to conceive, there is likelihood that you could have conceived. Sometimes, urine pregnancy test shows positive a little late.
Since the delay is just about 2 to 3 days, you may wait for a week time and then test again with urine sample for pregnancy.
If the results are not sure, then you can go for ultrasound scan of abdomen and blood levels of beta hCG.
Kindly consult Gynaecologist with the reports for clinical examination and appropriate management.
