What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Sore Breasts And Abdominal Cramps?

I am 3 weeks late on period, last cycle was Jan 23 and I have not gotten a bfp as of yet. I have a feeling I am pregnant being that I had intercourse during my ovulation days in Feb. Not really TTC but me and my husband not really protecting ourselves either (pull out method). I have no real pregnancy symptoms but slightly sore left boob, also I have been having some cramps here and there. Lastly I haven t been really stressed or gained any weight. I just really want to know what could be the reason for delay.

Regarding your experience with delayed menstrual period 3weeks from your last menses following an unprotected sexual Intercourse with associated abdominal cramp I am suggesting you have developed the following differential diagnosis

Pregnancy
Ovarian cyst
Premature ovarian failure
Hormonal inbalance

In view of this please do the following test
Abdominal scan
Pregnancy test
Hormone profile test

Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist with the results and for further clinical assessment and expert management
