What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Stomach Ache?

Hi I m jhane 25 from Philippines.. I gave birth to my son last September 25,2016.and then he has a exclusive breast feeding.. I have my menstruation on February first week and then last week of the same month until first week of March and then it stops.. But I feel stomach pain.. We had sex but in withdrawal method.. I can you advice me what to do.. Thank you

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I think you should do a urine pregnancy test to rule out the pregnancy first. If negative, it can be due to hormonal imbalances during breastfeeding. Get a thyroid profile done to find if there is any other cause of irregular periods. You can take some medicines like Meprate or Deviry for inducing periods. Also, get a pelvic examination done by a gynecologist to rule out any infection.
