What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Stomach Cramps?

I am 2 weeks delay, I have cramping the day I expected to have my period then I thought i am having my period a day or 2 but the cramping went away, then now, I felt the cramping again especially on my left side them when I check it, I have a very light pink spot them a watery and bit of very light spotting, Is this a sign of pregnancy?

If you haven't been on Birth control, get a pregnancy stick and get it done at home. If positive you need to visit your OBGyn for a scan. If you have severe pain and a bleed do go to the ER, to rule out any ectopic.
