What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Tender Breast Post Unprotected Sex?

Am I pregnant? I had unprotected sex 5 days before and after I ovulated. I know I ovulated because I had a milky discharge on the day I did. My boyfriend did indeed pull out in time. I am currently 5 days late. My breasts have been tender starting yesterday but that is usual before my period also. I also got a severe sinus infection a week before my period was schedule. I was taking nyquil for a week due to it. Could I be running late due that or am I pregnant? I haven t taken a test yet.

Though your friend had eithdrawan in time.. we ca not neglect possibilitty of precum..it does have few sperms which can impregnate.Please get home
pregnancy done if you are delayed by 8 days.. that would specify.
while your attack of sinus & megicines taken for it can cause delay in menses (due to temporary hormonal fluctuation caused)
Sore breast before periods is common for a number of patients...this does not specify pregnancy in your case.
