What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Tender Breasts?
Hello .Im 21 years old I will turn 22 next week. My period was supous to star 4 days ago(according to an app I use) but they did not start.My breast are tender and last week I have intimate so Im afraid of being pregnant.I took a pregnancy test and it came negative.Am I mistaking the pms sympoms with early pregnancy signs.Please help me clear my mind

It is difficult to diagnose pregnancy, with only symptoms.
I would suggest you to repeat the urine pregnancy test, a week after missed period and with morning sample as it is more sensitive.
This test kits are highly accurate and reliable.
