What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vaginal Spotting And Nausea?

Hi, I have was sexually active beginning of January an in December had 3 mentrual cycles in January non in February but a week before February ended my stomach got very sore just the lower part it was like that for 2 weeks beginning of march I had a spot of blood been feeling nausea and very sleepy, don t ever dream but I have been for about a week, random headaches, today I woke up an the cliterus was sore I took a test 2 weeks ago but it said negative. May I be pregnant? Tests say all my vitals are normal I m healthy, not sure get sharp pains occasionally in my lower stomach I believe I m pregnant can that be it??

Some of the symptoms do points to pregnancy. Spotting is common at the starting, morning nausea and vomiting and most importantly Absent menstruation. Its very easy to get a urine pregnancy test from a pharmacy which ll give u resukts in minutes. If that is positive then i strongly suggest doing a blood pregmancy test and do and ultrasound.
