What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vaginal Spotting?

Hi, I am a 20 year old female, and I am 19 days late on my period. I also believe I have a UTI, but sometimes when I wipe there is dark red blood which is not normal for me anyways. I do not believe it is my period but I don t know what else it could be.

I really appreciate your concern, you have not stated any clinical symptoms that could prove the urinary tract infection, although this may not be infection, and menses changes could be due to some hormone changes, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
