What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vaginal Spotting?

Hi, I am 29 years old. Me and my husband are trying to conceive from past 3 months. My periods usual range from 30-37 days which is I feel irregular. This month on 28 day I had spotting which was brown in color. Today it s 32 day still spotting has not stopped. And it s not like normal flow.. On 31 day I took home pregnancy test which is neg. if I am not pregnant then why normal bleeding is happening.

I really appreciate your concern, look pregnancy is natural and physiological phenomenon as I always says and that may not need any medicines but of course need presence of ovum and sperm at the time of conception with some compatible hormones so keep trying for this hope this information helps.
