What Causes Delayed Periods Along With Vomiting And Diarrhea After Taking Postinor Tablet?

Hello doctor, pls i had sex two days before my menses and i took postinor immediately, i have been having menstra cramp before then but it stoped after taking the drug. And now am having feeling of vomiting and watery stooling. Also i have not seen my menses . Am i pregnant?
